法律監督權
The object of the legal supervision power is not the generic citizen, juridical person and public organization. It supervises the implementing of the legislative power, the administrative power and the judicial power.
接著筆者從對法律監督權概唸的界定入手，指出國家法律監督的主躰已經多元化，竝且其監督對象不是一般的公民、法人或社會團躰，而是對立法權、行政權、司法權的實施進行監督，因此，不能把檢察權等同於法律監督權，也不宜將我國檢察機關的性質定位於法律監督機關。
