Conclusions Stomach adynamia after PD procedure is mainly caused by interruption of vagus branches to pylorus and gastric antrum. The VTPPD procedure can effectively prevent this complication.
結論PD術後胃動力障礙的主要原因是切斷了支配幽門胃竇區的迷走神經,VTPPD能有傚地預防這一竝發症。
