Conclusion: Tigogenin has actions of anti-inflammation, analgesia, immunity, hypoglycemia and has little toxicity.

RP-HPLC method, with C18 ODS column and refractive index detector, was first established for the rapid and precise analysis of STT. Based on this method, STT was analyzed and the result shows that there are hecogenin and tigogenin but no diosgenin in STT.
为此,本文首先采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),以甲醇为流动相,利用C18柱和示差折光检测器试建立较为灵敏和方便的皂苷元定量检测方法。
