Objective To study the relationship between the morphologic mechanism of human embryonic epidermic cells and mesenchymal-epithelial transformation (MET) and its modulation factor.

The AKP presented in epidermic layer of tentacles and papillate podia , the peritoneal layer and nether peritoneal layer of respiratory tree, and the peritoneal layer of digestive system.
结果显示，在刺参的触手、疣足的衬里层、呼吸树的粘膜层和粘膜下层以及消化系统的粘膜层，AKP均呈阳性。
Result:28 cases healed with granulation and physical regeneration. 26 cases healed with auto micro epidermic grafting on the granulation wounds. 3 cases turned better after efficient treatment.
结果：本组28例创面有肉芽组织生长充填，封闭创面，26例经在培养的新鲜肉芽组织采用创面微粒皮种植术创面封闭，3例创面经积极处理后好转自动出院。
